What is the minimum order for a PR box?
House Edition starts at 10 boxes, The Kit at 20 kits and The Drop, our custom PR box, at 30 boxes. Small runs are what the studio is set up for, so a seeding list of a few dozen people is a normal order.
How long does it take to make custom PR boxes?
The Drop takes from 14 days and House Edition and The Kit from 7 days, counted from your order. Tell us your send date in the brief and we plan back from it.
How quickly will we get a quote?
You’ll hear back within 24 hours. A full quote for a custom box takes one to two weeks, depending on complexity, because we price the packaging, inlay and objects with our makers and suppliers first. For House Edition, you’ll have it within a week.
How much does a PR box cost?
It depends on the box, what goes in it and the quantity. You get one quote and one invoice for the whole project: design, packaging, objects, packing and sending.
Can you send PR boxes directly to influencers and editors?
Yes. Send us one address list and we ship to each recipient, or in bulk to your office.
Do you ship gift boxes outside the EU?
Not at the moment. PR and gift boxes ship within the EU. Flower campaigns go worldwide.
Can we include our own product?
Yes. For The Drop, you send your product and we design the box and inlay around it, then add up to two objects from independent makers. For The Kit, you send all the components and we assemble and ship them.
Can the packaging carry our branding?
Yes. The box is cut to your product, your colours and artwork go inside the lid and on the tray, and the cards are printed for your campaign. Our mark is debossed into the edge.
